Our Story

We’ve got the perfect place to start— the actual beginning.

Our founders Jack and Dorian are literal day ones. They were born on the same day, in the same year, in the same city! Safe to say life had them on the same path from the start.

Fast forward a few years and the two met in the back of a high school classroom. They quickly found out that they had a lot more in common than their birthdays and bonded over their shared love of MMA and similar entrepreneurial desires.

BAM first got its start over a summer weekend. Fueled by their intense ambition, strong passion, and an unhealthy amount of Red Bull, the two friends quickly pushed their dream out of a Racine basement and into the successful management firm it is today.

I guess you could call this whole thing a classic college startup, but we personally think it’s more fun to see it as something bigger.

Go for what you want and have a lot of fun doing it.
